At Fodele Beach & Water Park Holiday Resort, we believe that giving back to the local community is not just a responsibility, but a core value of who we are. Driven by this belief, we recently organized an important First Aid & Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training seminar for the residents of Fodele Village.
The seminar took place at the village’s community center and was delivered in collaboration with the expert team from ERGOPROLIPSIS, offering both theoretical knowledge and hands-on training.
Objectives of the Seminar:
- To inform citizens about the fundamentals of First Aid response
- To train participants in the proper use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
- To build confidence in handling emergency situations such as fainting, cardiac arrest, choking, etc.
- To cultivate a culture of preparedness and safety awareness in the local community
The turnout was truly inspiring, with residents showing great interest, energy, and engagement. With the guidance instructors, participants practiced real-life scenarios, gaining practical skills and knowledge that could one day prove life-saving.
At Fodele Beach, we strongly believe that social responsibility is best shown through meaningful actions. Supporting and educating the local community on vital safety issues is part of our long-term commitment to creating a healthier and more prepared society.
We extend our warmest thanks to the ERGOPROLIPSIS team for their professionalism and valuable contribution, and to all the residents of Fodele Village who attended with enthusiasm and a genuine desire to learn.
